Orders and Delivery

When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered the next day if placed before midday.

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
Yes, you can specify any date that you would like your order to be delivered.

How do I know if my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

Can I add to an existing order?
You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same order. If you’d like to order additional items, please place a new order.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
Yes. We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from DIY Matters. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please see our Returns Policy page.

Are receipts sent with deliveries?
Yes, all receipts are sent with deliveries.

Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes.  Customers from abroad can place an order, but if delivery is to an address in a different country other than the Uk and Northern Ireland, there will be an additional carriage charge.  Please email us at sales@diymatters.co.uk and give us your details.
